Instructions

  1. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into cubes, clean and chop the mushrooms, chop the onions, cut the bell pepper and basil into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat cubes vigorously and remove. Steam the mushrooms in the frying fat, add onions and paprika, fry briefly and season well. Add the meat to the vegetables and the chicken stock, bring to the boil and thicken with the sauce thickener. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the basil and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and spices of your choice.
  3. Fresh bread, rice, pasta or potatoes, for example, also taste good (charge extra!)
