Fry the turkey goulash with the onions. Cut the red pepper into strips and add. Season with paprika and fry briefly.
Then deglaze with the tomato sauce and vegetable stock. Season with salt, pepper and the herbs. Cook until the meat is tender. Check again and again, it takes about 30 minutes.
Add the diced pumpkin and cook in a few minutes so that it doesn`t get mushy. Finally, season again to taste.
