Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey and vegetables into pieces (not too small). First fry the meat vigorously in olive oil, then remove it from the pan. Now fry the vegetables as well. Put the meat back in the pan and mix everything with the tomato paste. Deglaze everything with the wine and water. Season with salt, pepper and broth. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. Then cut up the wild garlic and add it. Season again with wine, broth, salt and pepper. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  2. It goes well with bread and red wine.
