Fry the turkey meat on both sides in hot oil. Peel and quarter the eggs, cut the fried turkey breast into strips. Cut the gouda and ham into smaller pieces. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Quarter the tomatoes, pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Mix everything in a large bowl.
Mix the yoghurt with the ketchup and mustard, pour over the salad and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
