- Wash the lettuce leaves, sprouts and cucumber and pat dry. Cut the cucumber into slices.
- Clean the bell pepper, dice it finely and stir into the cream cheese with the milk and horseradish. Season the mixture with pepper.
- Halve the bread slice. Brush one half with the cheese mixture, top with lettuce, cucumber, turkey breast and sprouts. Place the 2nd half on top.
