Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce leaves, sprouts and cucumber and pat dry. Cut the cucumber into slices.
  2. Clean the bell pepper, dice it finely and stir into the cream cheese with the milk and horseradish. Season the mixture with pepper.
  3. Halve the bread slice. Brush one half with the cheese mixture, top with lettuce, cucumber, turkey breast and sprouts. Place the 2nd half on top.
