Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into fine wedges, halve or quarter the mushrooms.
  2. Briefly fry the schnitzel in clarified butter on each side. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
  3. Fry the onions and mushrooms in the frying fat until golden brown. Dust the flour over it and sweat it with it. Pour in the stock and whipped cream while stirring, bring to the boil briefly. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Put half of the mushroom sauce in a baking dish, place the schnitzel on top and then add the rest of the mushroom sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
