Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the turkey schnitzel on both sides. Then roll first in the beaten egg, then in flour and finally in the almond flakes. Press the breading on well and fry the schnitzel in hot oil in the pan on both sides for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
