Ingredients
- 4 turkey schnitzel, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper
- some oil, for frying
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 3 tablespoon herbs, mixed, finely chopped (parsley, dill, cress, chervil, chives, 820;)
- 200 g rice, lon rain
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), finely chopped
- 150 g ham, cooked, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil, for frying
Instructions
- Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper. Fry briefly on both sides in a pan with a little oil, remove and keep warm.
- Roast the chopped onion in the residue. Add the flour and let it roast briefly. Then add the vegetable stock and whipped cream and bring to the boil.
- Add the turkey schnitzel again and let it steep in the simmering sauce for about 10 minutes.
- Finally add the chopped herbs to the sauce and stir in. If necessary, season the sauce with a little salt and pepper.
- For the ham rice, cook the rice in salted water as usual.
- Fry the chopped onion in a pan with oil, add the finely chopped ham and fry briefly. Add the cooked rice and mix everything well.
- Serve the turkey schnitzel with herb sauce and ham rice.
- We prefer to have a salad with it.
