Fry the turkey schnitzel in a pan with a little oil on both sides. Remove the schnitzel from the pan and sweat the finely chopped onions in the pan until translucent. Chop the zucchini and carrots and add to the onions.
Drain the whole thing with a little vegetable stock and add the cream. Put the schnitzel in the pan and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. I have either rice or gnocchi with it.
