The turkey schnitzel is first beaten, salted and peppered. Then (as with normal schnitzel) first turn in flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the mixture of the almond flakes and the breadcrumbs. Tip: You can also season the whisked egg instead of the schnitzel.
Then fry the schnitzel on both sides in the pan on a not too high heat. But be careful - the almonds burn quickly.
I make a green salad with onions, cherry tomatoes and herb dressing and kohlrabi vegetables. You can also serve curry rice with pineapple.
It`s nothing special, but a change from the normal breading.
