Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the turkey schnitzel and pound them lightly. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and curry powder. Then fry briefly on both sides in a little oil. Take out and set aside.
  2. Now sauté the diced ham and the diced onion in the same fat. Deglaze with the broth. Now add the processed cheese. As soon as this has melted, add the meat again and simmer for about 5 minutes. Now slowly add the cup of cream and stir. Finally fold in the grated cheese, that makes the sauce nice and creamy.
  3. Now cook the ribbon noodles in salted water until they are done.
  4. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
