Wash, dry, pound the turkey schnitzel and season with salt and pepper. Put the egg in a plate and beat with the oil. Chop the cornflakes very finely and also place them in a plate. Dust the schnitzel with flour, pull through the egg and bread with the corn flakes.
Fry turkey schnitzel in a pan until golden brown. Boil the rice and drain well. Drain the fruit cocktail well and fry in the butter. Add the rice and heat with the fruit cocktail. Arrange rice and turkey schnitzel on plates and serve.
