Wash the schnitzel, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Wash and chop the herbs. Chop the toast in a blender and mix with the parmesan and herbs. Turn the schnitzel first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the crumb mixture. Press the breading down well. Heat the oil and butter in a pan and fry the schnitzel in it until golden brown. Tomato salad goes well with it.
