Mix the rösti mixture well with the cream, sour cream, diced ham and cheese. If you like, you can also add a few herbs (chives or flat-leaf parsley). Then put this mixture on the cleaned, a little beaten and peppered and salted schnitzel on both sides. Of course, put the schnitzel in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet beforehand. Then bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees) until golden brown.
In addition you serve a nice fresh salad and crusty bread.
