Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into cubes. Press the garlic through a garlic press. Mix together lemon juice, garlic, 2 tablespoons oil and pepper. Marinate the meat in it for about 30 minutes.
  2. Finely dice the onion. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion cubes until translucent. Add rice and fry briefly, then deglaze with the chunky tomatoes. Let it soak over a low heat for about 20 minutes. Gradually pour in approx. 250 ml of water.
  3. Clean the leek and cut into rings and slice the bacon. Clean mushrooms.
  4. Drain the meat and place on 4 skewers with the leek, mushrooms and bacon. Heat the remaining oil in the pan and fry the skewers for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Season the rice with salt, pepper, Tabasco and paprika and place on a plate. Place the skewers on top.
