Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain well.
  2. In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rolls. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan, briefly steam the spring onion rolls in it. Pour in the cream and heat it up. Dice the cheese, let it melt in the sauce over a low heat while stirring. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice, keep warm.
  3. Rinse meat with cold water, pat dry and pat flat. Then salt and pepper the steaks. Heat the rest of the oil (2 tablespoon) in a pan and fry the turkey meat for approx. 4 minutes on each side. Serve with cheese sauce and rice.
