Instructions

  1. Boil the rice in salted water for about 20 minutes, then drain. Wash and chop the vegetables. Wash and pluck the thyme.
  2. Fry the vegetables in 1 tablespoon of oil. Pour in 150 ml of water, stir in the broth. Mix the cream and starch, stir into the vegetables, bring to the boil. Season with salt, thyme and ajvar.
  3. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut in half. Season with salt and pepper. Fry vigorously in 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil for 5 - 8 minutes. Arrange and garnish everything.
