Season the turkey steaks with salt and pepper and fry briefly in the pan. In the meantime, cut the sheep`s cheese and tomatoes into small cubes.
Now put the turkey steaks in a baking dish and brush with the green pesto. Depending on how strong the taste of the pesto should be, spread it thinner or thicker. Sprinkle the tomato and sheep cheese cubes on the turkey steaks.
The whole thing is now in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
In the meantime, the croquettes can be baked in the deep fryer or in the oven. Serve immediately afterwards.
