Let the spinach thaw. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Wash turkey schnitzel, pat dry and cut into strips.
Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown while turning. Add the onions, after about 5 minutes stir in the creamed spinach and double cream cheese and allow to melt. Season to taste with pepper, salt and nutmeg as required. Strain the noodles and fold them into the meat sauce. Then serve.
