Instructions

  1. Wash the bulgur well with lukewarm water (important so that the grain dust goes away), then put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl. If you are using fresh tomatoes, use large beefsteak tomatoes and peel off the skin. So mix all the ingredients together and add salt to taste. Important: don`t leave the KIMYON out, otherwise it won`t taste really Turkish.
