Put the bulgur in a bowl and fill it with hot water so that it is just covered. Salt well and let soak for about 8-10 minutes. Cut the spring onions into rings and chop the parsley. Put the oil and the whole tube of tomato paste in the bowl and squeeze in the lemon juice. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Season to taste - and you`re done!
Tip:
The salad also tastes very tasty if you add small diced paprika, tomato or cucumber.
