Roughly dice the cucumber and tomato (as for normal farmer`s salad). Cut the bell pepper, onions and chicken into large strips. Drain and rinse the beans. Mix these ingredients together and arrange on 2 plates. Cut the eggs into slices with the egg cutter and lay them on top.
For the dressing, brown the butter in a pan, add olive oil and heat. Dissolve the honey in it, add vinegar. Take the pan off the heat and add the powdered beaver and two or three pinches of cayenne pepper. Immediately pour over the salad.
Salt is served on the plate to taste.
This salad is served as a main course with fresh flatbread.
This is again a recipe where tastes can argue, but all flavors are in it (sweet, sour, spicy). However, the dressing makes it very high in calories.
