Instructions

  1. Pour the oil into a bowl, add the fresh lemon juice and the garlic, crushed with a garlic press. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano (fresh or dried). If you like it a little spicy, you can add a little cayenne pepper or chilli flakes. You can add other herbs such as thyme or oregano, you can hardly go wrong.
  2. Now put the meat in the marinade (beat the beef soft with a meat tenderizer), if the marinade is not enough, you can add a little oil. Now put the meat with the marinade in a freezer bag and let it steep overnight.
  3. The meat can be cooked in the pan or on the grill. Depending on the thickness of the slices or chops, do not leave the meat on the grill too long so that the meat does not get too dry. If you want, you can also use it to marinate goulash pieces that are not too large and then grill them as skewers.
