Knead the minced meat with parsley, possibly onions, egg and the spices and season well. Shape the mixture into 15-20 small rolls. Fry the rolls brown all over in a pan or on the grill.
Wash, peel and roughly grate the cucumber. Finely chop the garlic cloves, wash the dill and pat dry, then cut into small pieces or chop. Stir the yoghurt in a bowl until smooth, add everything and season well with salt and pepper.
Mix a salad as desired, possibly add a light dressing.
