- Mocha, water and sugar cubes are poured into the cezve (long-handled jug for mocha).
- The mocha is cooked on low heat, you have to be careful because the mocha can boil over very quickly.
- When the mocha is boiling and the foam comes up, the cezve must be removed from the stove.
- First, the foam is divided into two cups.
- Now the coffee is carefully poured into the cups from the side.
- A glass of water is always served with the Turkish mocha.
