Sear the pieces of goulash in a pressure cooker in hot olive oil and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and possibly paprika powder. Then place the potato pieces on top and season again. Then spread the glass of green beans with the liquid on it and season again. Finally add the canned tomatoes including the stock and season again. Now close the pressure cooker and cook in it for approx. 30 minutes after the pressure has been reached. Steam off the pressure pot according to the instructions and serve the dish hot.
Tip: Depending on the amount of spices, the dish can be cooked spicy or less spicy. I personally prefer the spicy version.
I like to eat this stew with mutton, but then it is not for everyone, as the taste is a bit stricter - so if in doubt, prefer lamb.
The recipe is from my grandmother - she brought it back from one of her vacations. Simple and very tasty.
