Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat and onions in oil until golden brown. Chop the tomatoes, add to the meat with the paprika and tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add the seasoning and water. Simmer until the peppers are soft enough.
  2. Crush the garlic with 1 teaspoon salt on a board to a pulp and stir into the yogurt.
  3. Cooking pasta. Arrange with the minced sauce on plates. Everyone can put the cold yoghurt sauce on top and then mix.
  4. If you don`t like garlic, you can use parmesan.
