All ingredients are chopped up in a food processor and mixed together.
You can either let the lamb belly bacon pull the minced meat through the meat grinder directly at the butcher`s or you can cut it very small and add it to it.
For the dough:
You can mix all ingredients together, knead into a yeast dough and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
You can form small balls from the dough and roll them out as large as the size of a cake plate.
Now you can put a large tablespoon of the filling over each and distribute it with a fork.
Preheat a non-stick pan on the stove, then bake the Turkish pizza on medium heat, covered with a saucepan lid.
It is important that you bake the Turkish pizza with the lid closed, otherwise the minced meat will not be cooked.
