It looks like a lot of salt in the video, but it was optimal for the amount I cooked.
Then cut potatoes and peppers into sticks, tomatoes and onions into slices.
Brush a large baking dish or baking sheet with a little olive oil and spread the potatoes in it. Place the chicken wings on top. Pour the marinade over it and mix everything together. Place the tomato slices between the potatoes and chicken wings. Season with a little salt to taste.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 225 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 - 40 minutes. Then take the casserole briefly out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil and distribute the rest of the vegetables on the casserole and put the pan in the oven again for 20-30 minutes.
