Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cover with a little water and cook for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, defrost and drain the spinach, peel and chop the onion.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan or saucepan and fry the onions in it. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Stir in the tomato paste and season everything with salt, pepper and cumin. Then put the minced meat aside on a plate.
  3. Heat clarified butter or oil in the pan or saucepan. Drain the potatoes and let them cool down briefly. Then cut into cubes and fry in the fat until crispy.
  4. In the meantime, cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes. Add to the potatoes with the spinach and minced meat and mix everything well. Stir the flour with the sour cream until smooth and fold in. Heat everything again briefly and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  5. Tip: Cucumber salad with dill tastes good with it.
