Instructions

  1. Either you can simply put all the ingredients in the food processor and puree until a homogeneous mixture is created or the other variant: chop the garlic, mash the sheep`s cheese with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients. Tastes great with flatbread and should not be missing on any Turkish buffet. The recipe originally comes from a Turkish friend.
