Clean the lettuce and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cucumber lengthways and thinly slice. Cut the onion and pepperoni into thin rings. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces. Eight tomatoes. Layer everything together with the olives and parsley in a bowl.
For the marinade, mix 100 ml of water with vinegar, oil, salt, sugar and paprika powder, pour evenly over the salad and let it steep for a moment.
