In preparation, the apples are peeled and pitted with the help of a cutter. Spray or moisten the raisins with the juice of half a lemon, add sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Stuff the apples with the raisin mixture.
Brush a deep glass dish or baking dish with a little butter and put the apples in it. Cut the remaining butter into cubes or slices and distribute evenly over the apples, then pour white wine over them. Bake on medium heat for about 40-50 minutes.
Before serving, whip the cream lightly with the mixer (do not beat until stiff!) And pour over the apples, decorate with a few raisins.
