Crumble the feta cheese and feta cheese (best mash it with a fork). Press the garlic through the garlic press. Mix everything with ajvar. Add olive oil. Season with oregano and basil. Put the parsley on top and stir in everything. Season to taste as needed.
It is best to let it sit for a few hours before consumption - so it is good for preparation
Flatbread or rye bread tastes great with it, but also ciabatta.
Tips: I always leave a few larger chunks of feta cheese in it when mashing. Less of the garlic can also be taken.
