Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and let cool. Sweat the chopped onion with the garlic in the pan, add the meat and fry well. Add the chopped tomatoes and season to taste with tomato paste and the spices.
One after the other, pour the pasta, yoghurt and the minced meat mixture into the bowl and mix everything well. Finally, sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley, but only mix in just before serving.
Let the salad cool well in the refrigerator. Take out 1 hour before consumption.
