Wash the runner beans and cut off a little at the top and bottom. Then cut into pieces about finger-length.
Bring the water, pelati, stock powder, garlic, turmeric, tomato paste, pul biber and onions to the boil. Let the beans simmer in it for approx. 25 - 30 minutes (depending on thickness). If necessary, season with a little salt and carefully stir in the dried mint. Spread on two plates and serve.
Boiled potatoes go well with it.
Tip: As a non-vegan, it is also very good to use as a vegetable side dish with meat.
