Instructions

  1. Roll out the tarte flambée dough on baking paper on the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Stir the tomato paste until smooth and gradually mix it with the crème fraîche. Cut the onion and bell pepper into fine strips, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the large tomatoes and cut the olives into slices. Cut the garlic sausage into slices and, depending on the size, halve or quarter the slices.
  3. Spread the tomato paste cream on the tarte flambée batter, then spread on top of the onion strips, bell pepper, olives, sucuk and cherry tomatoes. Crumble the sheep cheese over it.
  4. Bake the tarte flambée for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven, until the desired brown color is reached.
