Instructions

  1. Fry the tartar fat-free. When the meat draws water, add onions and garlic and cook well.
  2. Stir in tomato paste, roast briefly and deglaze with the can of pizza tomatoes, add 2 cans of water (the pizza tomato can as a measure), add the spices and bring to the boil.
  3. Add the vegetables and simmer over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked through.
  4. Season again to taste and serve with flatbread or baguette.
  5. Also delicious sprinkled with sheep`s cheese, then PP. count on it.
  6. 3 PP per person.
