Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and boil in a little water with a little salt. Then peel the cucumber, quarter lengthways and cut into small pieces. After 5 minutes add to the potatoes so that they are still firm to the bite at the end.
  2. Do not cut the shallots and garlic too small and add them. Add the turmeric, pepper, sugar, balsamic vinegar and cook until the potatoes are soft.
  3. Cut the dill and add it with the calendula petals at the end.
