Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook in a little salted water. When the potatoes are tender, drain off the excess water.
  2. Add the butter, warm milk, salt, a little nutmeg and turmeric powder to the potatoes and mash well with the potato masher. Then stir everything again with a whisk so that the puree is nice and fluffy.
