Dust with the flour and stir well. Deglaze with hot vegetable stock and simmer for 30 minutes in a closed saucepan over moderate heat.
Then add the diced turnip, carrot slices and parsley, season with salt and pepper. Let simmer again for 30 minutes. Finally, season again to taste, possibly a little more seasoning.
Potato dumplings or boiled potatoes are recommended as a side dish.
