Peel the onions and cut into small cubes! Cut the turnip into slices with the bread slicer, then peel it, then cut into sticks. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Now sauté the onions, add the turnips and reduce a little. Add the vegetable stock and cook everything together for approx. 45 minutes. Add the potatoes and cook for another 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, sugar if necessary. Finished!
If you like, you can also add meat and cook it for a better taste!
