Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the bread. Finely dice the garlic and sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add bread and lightly toast while turning. Pluck the basil leaves. Cut the onion and tomatoes into wedges.
  2. Put the prepared ingredients and olives in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and the dried herbs. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread on the bread. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 degrees, convection: 175 degrees) for about 20 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
