For the dressing, mix 3 tablespoons of oil with the honey and vinegar.
Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Peel and halve the cucumber. Cut the cucumber halves into slices. Pluck the basil leaves and cut into small pieces. Peel and cut the onion into thin strips.
Put everything with the dressing in a bowl.
Divide the bread into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop garlic. Heat the bread with the garlic, pine nuts and the remaining oil in a pan and roast slowly.
Add everything to the cucumber and tomato salad and mix carefully. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
