Wash, clean and pluck the lettuce. Wash and chop the vegetables as well. Arrange everything in a bowl.
Finely dice the garlic and mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut whole grain toasts into cubes and drizzle with the olive oil mixture. Roast in a non-stick pan.
Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mustard and basil, season with salt and pepper. Add to the salad and sprinkle with the toasted bread cubes.
