Instructions

  1. First sort and wash the berries. Puree the berries with a few mint leaves using a blender, sweeten to taste and divide between 2 glasses.
  2. Puree the diced mango pulp with the yoghurt and sweeten to taste. To make it a little smoother, add the orange juice.
  3. Distribute between the two glasses.
  4. Serve immediately with a straw and garnished with mint.
  5. The summer smoothie tastes best when all the ingredients have been chilled well beforehand.
