- Clean and wash the currants and then mix them with the sugar.
- Divide the mixture into two or more sterilized jars (preferably with a capacity of 1 l) and fill each with the vodka.
- Then close the jars tightly and let them steep for a good month. The vodka can then be kept for about 1 year.
- The recipe works well for processing an excess of berries. Other berry fruits can also be used.
