Instructions

  1. First mix the low-fat quark and eggs in a bowl and stir with a hand mixer. Then add all the other ingredients (except for the bananas and the oil) and stir well.
  2. Then cut the banana into slices and mix with the dough with a spoon.
  3. Then add some oil to the pan, heat it up and bake pancakes from the batter. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
