Pour the egg white into a lightly greased soufflé dish, sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and herbs and fold in a little with a fork.
Let it set in the microwave. For one portion, about 1 minute at 600 watts is sufficient.
Put it on and eat. The white soufflé with the green herb pieces looks very good in terms of color, for example on a mirror made of tomato sauce (deep red) or mustard sauce (yellow).
