Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and sieve it. In the meantime, clean the leek and / or spring onions, mushrooms and carrots. Cut the leek into oblique strips, grate the carrots or thinly strips with a peeler and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Briefly sear the vegetables in sesame oil and Maggi (I use Maggi, as soy is often genetically modified) and mix with the noodles. Add sesame oil and Maggi again and fry the noodles lightly brown. If you like, you can also add chopped, roasted cashew nuts or peanuts.
